SHIPPMENTS

Once the order has been placed via our website, it will be sent via email, confirming the purchase.
Currently, only shipments are made to the Principality of Andorra, free of charge and with a deadline of 2–3 days.
The deadline for delivery is counted on working days (from Monday to Friday), except for local or national holidays.
Delivery deadlines can be altered on dates such as Christmas or holidays (due to the volume of goods) or in adverse weather conditions, as we will not be able to guarantee that delivery takes place within the set deadline.
No postings to postal sections.

PICK-UP POINT

If you order from outside Andorra or from Andorra but you do not want us to send you home, you have a pick-up point.
This method must be selected on our website's shopping platform.

CHANGES/RETURNS

Conditions
  • In case you want to make a change or return of a product, you have 14 natural days from receiving the product to do so.
  • Only products that have not been used, washed, and have no patches will be accepted and found in suitable conditions for their sale while preserving the label.
  • To be returned, it must be carried out using the original package to guarantee the appropriate shipping conditions.
  • Product delivery for change or return can be performed:
    • Delivery Point:
You can deliver the package and manage the change or return to our delivery point.
    • Home Collect:
A messaging company will collect the package at your home.
The cost of shipping is 5€ and will be paid by the customer.

 

Procedure
If you wish to process a product change or refund, email us to help@kanbori.com indicating:

  • Name and surnames
  • Order Reference
  • Product to change/return
  • Reason
  • Delivery method of change/return: collection at home or delivery point.


Once the email is sent, we will reply within 24-72h with the indications you must follow to process the change/return.
After the product has arrived at our premises, it will be checked for its status and if it is favourable, we will process the change of the product or the return of the amount.
